The Leadership Commission provides organizational development, training, public relations resources, and publications. This ensures the successful organization and management of the Council and its programs. A further aim of the Leadership Commission is to take a guiding role in protecting the dignity of the human person from conception to natural death.
The Service Commission responds to the needs of families through service in the community and throughout Idaho.
The Family component supports and enhances the importance of family life within the Church and society. It works to assist families in achieving an authentic Christian life at home and within the domestic Church.
The Community component engages Catholic Women in addressing the needs and concerns of their communities. It focuses on action that affects the life, growth, and productivity of Catholic Women and children.
The Spirituality Commission aims to create an educated and dynamic faith community through formation, worship, and prayer. Catholic Women called to discipleship and holiness respond with personal witness and service to the Church and the world. It serves as a conduit for helping Councils focus on the spiritual aspects of our faith and how we can act on our convictions in the public sphere.
